They have NOT been attempted to be repaired or Maybe locked to the carrier name on the phone(Ex: T-Mobile, Verizon Etc.) but not sure. All items are Untested and Uninspected Returns - Sold AS IS. Handset only (No door or battery).
Condition
Uninspected Returns are sold as-is, as they have not been inspected and may fall into a wide range of condition grades. Generally, a small number of these items are new and unopened, the majority are opened and used but functional, and some items are defective.
